Yes, we offer individual and small group sessions on any of the topics we deliver.

That depends on your required services. We have many epidemiologists, statisticians, research analysts, and editors who are affiliated with Pragma - RTS. We can also hold an initial meeting with you to discuss your needs and our services and then determine which consultant is the best match for your project. There is no charge for this initial consult.

We provide you with a cost estimate and an explanation for each phase of the project. Working on your project will start only after we reach a mutual agreement on the terms and conditions of the project, and after a contract is signed.

The time needed to complete the project varies between different projects, and depends on the services needed and the scale of the project. In your initial meeting with us, we ask you for the project timelines and/or deadlines. We work closely with you to develop a schedule for when the work will be completed along with projected turnaround times on additional work.

Yes. Your data, results, and documents are securely handled, and will not be shared with anyone except the Pragma - RTS personnel handling your project. We have non-disclosure agreements available for additional protection.
